Returns We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items. If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. We do not accept exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty, damaged, or not as described. Items must be in their original packaging where possible. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at sales@creative3dnovelties.com. Do not send items back without first requesting a return, as these will not be accepted.
Return Shipping — Faulty Items Where an item is confirmed as faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return postage. We will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs upon receipt of evidence.
Right to Cancel (UK Consumers) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, contact us at sales@creative3dnovelties.com within 14 days. Where a return is accepted under this right, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that custom or personalised items are exempt from this cancellation right.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve this promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: custom or personalised products, sale items, and gift cards.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sales@creative3dnovelties.com.
