What makes your products different from mass-produced décor? Most items in our shop are made to order — 3D printed in the UK specifically for you, in the colour you choose. A small number of popular pieces are kept in ready stock for quick dispatch. Either way, nothing here is mass-produced or imported in bulk. You're getting something genuinely crafted by a small independent UK maker.
Why does 3D printed décor cost more than I might expect? Because it's not injection-moulded in a factory overseas. Each piece is printed layer by layer, taking hours to produce, using premium PLA filament — a plant-based, eco-friendly material. You're paying for craft, precision, and a product that's been thoughtfully made — not pulled off a shelf.
What is PLA and why do you use it? PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a plant-based bioplastic derived from renewable sources like corn starch. It's the material of choice for high-quality decorative 3D printing — it holds fine detail beautifully, produces a smooth finish, and is more environmentally responsible than petroleum-based plastics.
Are the designs exclusive? Our designs are licensed from independent designers through the Hive 3D Printing Marketplace, meaning each design is commercially authorised and not freely available for anyone to print and sell. You're buying from an official licence holder — not a grey-market print.
Will my item look exactly like the photos? We work hard to ensure our photography accurately represents each product. Because items are made to order rather than mass-produced, there may be very minor variances in surface texture or layer lines — this is a natural characteristic of FDM printing and part of what makes each piece unique. It is not a defect.
How long will it take to arrive? Most orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days. During busy periods please allow up to 7 working days for production. If there's any delay we'll be in touch. A small number of items, such as the PS5 Controller Stand, are available for quick dispatch from ready stock. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. For international orders (US, Canada, and Australia), please allow approximately 4–5 weeks from order to delivery to account for production and international transit.
Can I request a custom colour? We offer a wide range of colours across our collections. If you have something specific in mind that isn't listed, get in touch — we're happy to discuss options where possible.
Are your lamps safe to use? Yes. Our USB LED lamps are powered by 5V USB only and use the Bambu Lab LED Kit 001, designed by Lin & Gleason — a quality, tested component. All lamps are for decorative indoor use. Full safety information is included with every lamp order. They are not suitable for outdoor use or for children under 3 years.
Why can't I purchase a lamp from outside the UK? Our lamps use a USB-powered LED puck and are currently only certified for sale within the UK. We're working towards making them available internationally in the future. In the meantime, our wall art, NObody sculptures, lithophane panels, and desk organisers all ship worldwide — we'd love to find something for you.
What if my item arrives damaged? We package everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged please get in touch within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction matters — we stand behind what we make.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We now ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia via Royal Mail International Tracked. A flat shipping rate of £21.00 applies to all international orders. Estimated delivery is 7–21 working days from dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that our lamp range is currently available to UK customers only.
Can I return an item if I'm ordering from outside the UK? Yes — international customers in the US, Canada, and Australia are covered by our returns policy. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we'll offer a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item. For change-of-mind returns, international buyers are responsible for return postage costs and no prepaid labels are provided.
