How ordering works

1. Place your order for the panel.
2. Contact us for the mailing details and packing guidance, then post your original physical 35mm slide or negative to us. You arrange and pay for postage to send the original.
3. We begin making your personalised panel after your slide or negative arrives.
4. We return your original together with the finished panel by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
