Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required. International shipping is available to the United States, Canada, and Australia at a flat rate of £21.00 per order.

Made-to-Order Production: All of our products are made to order in the UK using high-quality, plant-based PLA materials. Most orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days depending on the product (personalised and made-to-order items may take longer). If there's any delay we'll be in touch.

UK Delivery: Once dispatched, UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days. Please note that Royal Mail's delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.

International Delivery: International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 working days depending on destination and local customs processing. Please note that delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary. Please note that our lamp range is currently available to UK customers only and cannot be shipped internationally.

Total Estimated Time (UK): From order to delivery, please allow approximately 5–10 working days in total.

Total Estimated Time (International): From order to delivery, please allow approximately 4–5 weeks in total to account for production and international transit.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.
