Overview Welcome to creative3dnovelties. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
Access and Account You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not transfer, sell, or assign it to another party.
Our Products Product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from screen representations.
Orders All orders are offers to purchase and are accepted at creative3dnovelties' discretion. Payment is required before acceptance. Purchases are intended for personal and household use only.
Prices and Billing Prices are subject to change. Taxes and shipping are not included unless stated. You must provide accurate payment information.
Shipping and Delivery All orders are made to order and dispatched within 3–7 working days (Monday–Friday).
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International orders (United States, Canada, and Australia) are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Estimated delivery is 7–21 working days from dispatch. International delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that our lamp range is currently available to UK customers only and cannot be shipped internationally.
While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once your order has been dispatched, if your order does not arrive we will work with you to resolve the issue, including resending or refunding where appropriate.

Personalised and Made-to-Order Items Many of our products are made to order or personalised. As a result, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to personalised items. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property All content on this site is owned by creative3dnovelties and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Optional Tools Any third-party tools are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties.
Third-Party Links We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites linked from our site.
Relationship with Shopify Our services are powered by Shopify. Shopify enables our store but is not responsible for transactions between you and creative3dnovelties.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify creative3dnovelties, Shopify, and their affiliates against any claims arising from your breach of these terms.

Assignment You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this agreement without our written consent.
