1. Overview & Acceptance
Welcome to Creative 3D Novelties. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Creative 3D Novelties. These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through our website. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Access and Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for contacting us if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You must not transfer or sell your account to another person. You must use our website lawfully.

3. Our Products & Their Appearance
Many of our products are 3D printed to order. Minor surface variations and visible layer lines can be natural characteristics of that process. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

We make reasonable efforts to show product colours and details accurately, but colours may appear different on different screens. Product availability and specifications may change; the details shown when you place your order are the ones relevant to that purchase.

4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will confirm whether your order has been accepted. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled item.

Payment is taken through our checkout. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can process your order.

5. Prices and Billing
Product prices and any applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout before you place your order. Prices may change, but a later price change will not alter an order we have already accepted. We currently charge a separate flat UK delivery rate unless a product or offer expressly says otherwise.

6. Production, Shipping & Delivery
Standard made-to-order items: Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for production and dispatch. During exceptionally busy periods, production may take up to two weeks.

Personalised lithophane panel: Our current 12 × 12 cm panel is made from a customer-supplied physical 35mm slide or photographic negative only. We do not accept digital photo uploads for this product. After ordering, contact us for mailing details and packing guidance before sending your original. You arrange and pay for postage to us. Please allow approximately 5–7 working days to make the panel after your original arrives. The time it takes your original to reach us is additional. We return your original with the finished panel.

We currently deliver to UK addresses using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times are estimates. If an order is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact us at sales@creative3dnovelties.com or 07495 412878 so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

7. Personalised & Custom Items
Goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right. If you need to change or cancel a personalised order, contact us as soon as possible. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

8. Intellectual Property & Commercial Licensing
The text, branding and product photographs created for our store are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Some physical products are made from designs by third-party creators; those creators retain the rights to their designs.

We sell finished physical products, not digital design files. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in its design. Please see our Licensing & Designer Credits page for designer information.

9. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to services or websites run by others. Their content and availability are managed by their respective providers. Please review their terms and privacy information before using them.

10. Relationship with Shopify
Our store uses Shopify’s e-commerce platform. Your purchase contract for products sold by Creative 3D Novelties is with us, not with Shopify.

11. Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and protect personal data, including information involved in personalised orders.

12. Feedback & Customer Submissions
If you send us feedback or a review, we may ask your permission before using it in our marketing. Slides, negatives and images supplied to make a personalised order are used to fulfil that order, not published or used for marketing without your separate permission. Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle customer-supplied media.

13. Errors and Inaccuracies
If we discover an error in product information, pricing or availability, we will correct it. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to explain the options before proceeding where appropriate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

14. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our website to break the law, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, or misuse other people’s information or intellectual property.

15. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

16. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on our website. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to an order we have already accepted.
