Orders All orders are offers to purchase and are accepted at creative3dnovelties' discretion. Payment is required before acceptance. Purchases are intended for personal and household use only.

Prices and Billing Prices are subject to change. Taxes and shipping are not included unless stated. You must provide accurate payment information.

Shipping and Delivery All orders are made to order and dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched, if your order does not arrive we will work with you to resolve the issue, including resending or refunding where appropriate.
